Providing an opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds – land and sea — the resort resembles a big aquatic animal stretching out from the land into the sea, extending horizontally for 1km. The land area houses residential buildings, office buildings and a marina with a modern and flexible harbor. All the structures are situated in a semi-circle around the tower with the panoramic restaurant.
